Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 24, 2026

1. Our Commitment

SwaggyStadium is committed to making our Services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and improve the platform.

We welcome feedback. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us (see Section 5) so we can address it.

2. Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. SwaggyStadium is under active development, and we work toward this target as we build and refine features.

3. Measures We Take

Accessibility features currently implemented across the Services include:

  • A visible skip-to-content link so keyboard users can bypass navigation and jump to the main content;
  • Screen-reader-only helper text that provides context where a visual cue alone would not be conveyed;
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu, so the interface can be used without a mouse;
  • Clear focus-visible indicators so it is easy to see which element is focused;
  • Respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting, so animation is minimized for people who prefer it;
  • Semantic landmarks and heading structure (for example, proper use of headings, lists, navigation, and main content regions) to support screen-reader navigation; and
  • A light and dark theme with attention to sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements.

4. Known Limitations

We are candid about where we are. Because the platform is under active development, some areas may not yet fully meet our target, and we are working to improve them. In particular:

  • New and in-progress features may have accessibility gaps that we are actively addressing; and
  • Some functionality relies on embedded third-party components (for example, account/authentication flows provided by Clerk and payment flows provided by Stripe), whose accessibility is governed by those providers. We choose established providers and pass along accessibility feedback where we can.

If something is not working for you, we would like to know so we can help and prioritize a fix.

5. Feedback & Reporting Barriers

If you experience any difficulty accessing part of the Services, or have suggestions for how we can improve, please contact us at support@swaggystadium.com. To help us respond quickly, please include:

  • The page or feature where you encountered the barrier;
  • A description of the problem and what you were trying to do; and
  • The browser, operating system, and any assistive technology you were using, if you know them.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to work with you toward a resolution.
