Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how SwaggyStadium (“SwaggyStadium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, applications, and related services (together, the “Services”).
SwaggyStadium is a United States–based platform for opening digital “Cases” to win real graded Pokémon trading cards, which you can vault, ship to yourself, sell back for balance, or trade with other users. This Policy applies to all visitors and account holders. It does not cover the practices of third parties we integrate with, whose handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies (see Section 5).
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account & identity information
When you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects and processes your email address and the credentials you use to sign in. You also choose a public handle/username and may add profile information. We receive a user identifier from Clerk that lets us associate your activity with your account.
Transaction & payment information
When you add funds (“refills”/deposits) to acquire Berries, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment details. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. We retain records of your transactions (such as amounts, timestamps, Berries balances, item ownership, and buyback/sale activity) to operate your account and our ledger.
Shipping information
If you choose to have a physical card shipped to you, we collect the name and mailing address needed to fulfill and track that shipment via USPS.
Usage & device information
We collect limited technical data generated when you use the Services, such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate timing, and standard device/browser information (for example, IP address and user-agent) used for security, fraud prevention, debugging, and service reliability.
Cookies & local storage
We use strictly-necessary authentication cookies and a small amount of functional browser storage. See Section 6 and our Cookie Policy for the full inventory.
Support submissions
When you contact support or submit a report on our submissions board (for example, a bug report, feature request, or artwork submission), we collect the content of your submission, including any image attachments you choose to include.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including account creation, opening Cases, the vault, marketplace, trades, games, leaderboards, quests, referrals, and loyalty tiers;
- Process refills and maintain your Berries balance and item ownership ledger, and process item buybacks/sales;
- Fulfill and track physical card shipments you request via USPS;
- Administer promotions and sweepstakes, including verifying eligibility and awarding prizes under the applicable Official Rules;
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, and material changes to the Services;
- Protect the Services and our users: detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it. See Section 4.
4. Legal Bases & California Privacy Rights
We primarily serve users located in the United States. We process personal information as needed to perform our contract with you (to provide the Services), to pursue our legitimate interests (such as securing the platform and preventing fraud), to comply with legal obligations, and, where applicable, with your consent.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
- Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We keep certain records longer where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud- prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations; for example, transaction and ledger records, and records relating to promotions and shipments. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reliance on established providers (Clerk and Stripe) for credential and payment handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults. Because they include promotions and sweepstakes, you must be at least 18 years old (the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us using Section 13.
10. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States and are directed to users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.
11. Your Choices & Rights
You can exercise control over your information in several ways:
- Account information. Review and update your profile and handle from your account settings.
- Access, deletion, and correction. Request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information by contacting us (see Section 13).
- Cookies and local storage. Manage functional storage and cookies through your browser settings, as described in the Cookie Policy.
- Communications. Follow the unsubscribe instructions in non-essential emails. We may still send you service and transactional messages.
We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
